Job Description

As a Senior Process Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process automation systems across various industries. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced control systems that enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety in industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, program, and optimize PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
✅ Coordinate and execute automation projects across different industries.
✅ Analyze process data and implement improvements in existing systems.
✅ Commission, test, and validate control systems on-site.
✅ Document technical specifications and project progress.
✅ Support troubleshooting and resolve issues in complex automation systems.
✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.

Your Profile

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in process automation within the industry.
✔ Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB) and SCADA/DCS solutions.
✔ Knowledge of industrial networks and protocols such as Profibus, Modbus, OPC UA.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
✔ Willingness to travel to various project locations.
